- Flipping the developmental classroom
- Cross-discipline curriculum development
- Classroom engagement
- Hands-on teaching methods and activities

- Tips for creating stimulating and engaging classroom discussions
- Institutional methods for effective placement of developmental learners
This year, OKADE would like presenters to focus heavily on bringing new ideas in teaching development education into the classroom. Instructors who have exciting new ideas and methods of teaching are encouraged to submit proposals to present at this year’s conference.
Please submit proposals by Tuesday, September 2, to Dr. Cathy Moore at [email protected]. A completed conference schedule will be available after September 30. We are still in need of proposals in Developmental Math and Science.
