Note: The number of tables is limited; therefore, requests will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. You will need to provide your own table cloth. Please submit the form with check or money order for the correct amount as soon as possible to reserve your space. You will receive your confirmation by October 22nd. Electricity is available for use. Meals not included with vendor registration. OKADE and Rose State College will not be responsible for lost or stolen articles.
